Supporting employees with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

The Supported Employment Team

Services for Young People has a dedicated team of supported employment advisers (SEAs) who work with young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) disabilities aged 16-25.

The Supported Employment Team work with local employers to support young people into the workplace - arranging work experience placements and supporting, training and coaching young people before and during their employment.
