Where can I find the rules about employing school age children?

The official school leaving age for Year 11 students is the last Friday in June. However, young people are required to stay in learning for longer. This does not mean they have to stay in school, but they must remain in some form of education or training after Year 11.

There are specific rules about the types of work and the number of hours young people under 16 are allowed to do.

Are there rules about employing young people over school leaving age?
