Services for Young People (SfYP) provides youth work projects, information, advice, guidance, work related learning and wider support for young people aged 11 to 17 and up to 25 for some vulnerable groups.
Broxbourne Council delivers a weekly programme of positive activities for young people aged 11-19, primarily via multisport sessions at the council's kickabout courts but also outdoor (detached) youth work and youth clubs. Additional programmes and events are delivered during school holidays including 'Fit & Fed'.
Broxbourne Borough Council also leads on the Broxbourne Youth Intervention Programme to support young people at risk of involvement in serious youth crime. The council also partners with Services for Young People to facilitate the Broxbourne Youth Council. Support is also provided to community groups offering sport or arts activities for young people.

School Nursing is part of the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service. The service brings children’s centres, health visiting and school nursing together to provide a more joined up service for children, young people and their families from pregnancy through to when a child reaches 19.
There is a range of different support groups, activities and services on offer for children and their families to help them be healthy, grow and develop. Families can access available services from any Hertfordshire Family Centre, allowing them to fit sessions and services around busy family lives. Young Life International aims to share the message of Jesus with young people all over the UK by building relationships with them. The charity works alongside a team of volunteers and the local churches to reach out to young people from 11-18 years old. It holds weekly youth clubs and small group sessions, as well as doing contact work in local schools, providing support and informal mentoring to young people in this potentially turbulent time in their lives.
