03 July 2024

As the new academic year approaches, Services for Young People is offering ‘Get September Ready’ sessions to help students feel more confident and prepared about going to college or sixth form.

The free Services for Young People (SfYP) 'Get September Ready' sessions are open to all students with a college or sixth form place for September. The informal sessions will be particularly beneficial for those who have been out of education or are feeling anxious about the transition.

SfYP Advisers will answer frequently asked questions to ensure students are well-prepared and confident for their first days and weeks of the new term. This will include information about travel, study skills and how to get support.
